Incline Shears are one of the most preferred scrap shears in the market for many years. This high-performance scrap processing machine, available in stationary, semi-mobile, or mobile versions, is ideal for iron-steel mills and scrap yards. It efficiently compresses and shears HMS 1&2, pipes, sheets, shipbreaking scrap, and ELV with continuous feeding at high capacities. Featuring automatic lubrication, remote diagnostics, and premium hydraulic and electronic components it ensures high output with low energy consumption.

Operation

• Capacity : up 70 tons / hour

• Suitable input materials : HMS 1, HMS 2, Longs, Pipe, Profiles, Sheet, Shipbreaking Scrap, ELV, Mixed Scrap, Casting

• Full Automatic and continuous operation 

• Compresses heavy and light scrap and increases the density before shearing. Density increase up to 3 times of the input density.

• Cutting length can be chosen between 40 – 100 cm.
